Are you passionate about supporting individual learning journeys and helping children thrive£ A nurturing and inclusive primary school inandnbsp;Maidenheadandnbsp;is looking for a dedicatedandnbsp;1:1 Learning Support Assistantandnbsp;to work closely with a pupil who requires additional support, startingandnbsp;29th September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to a pupil with specific learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom
• Work in partnership with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions and strategies
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages independence and self-confidence
• Support the pupilandrsquo;s academic progress as well as their social and emotional development
• Track progress and contribute to reviews and updates of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain strong communication with staff and parents to ensure consistent support

Weandrsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience supporting children with SEND (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties)
• Is patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and child wellbeing
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Is open to feedback, training, and professional growth
