About the Role

The successful 1:1 Learning Support Assistant will work closely with a pupil who requires additional support during the school day. The 1:1 Learning Support Assistant will support the pupil in lessons, help them stay engaged with learning, and encourage their academic and social development.

The 1:1 Learning Support Assistant will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the pupil receives the support they need to succeed in the classroom.
