You will build a trusted relationship, supporting educational activities both at home and in the community (including outdoor learning and train-spotting excursions). Key Responsibilities Accompany and support the young person across various activities, including forest school, community workshops, and swimming/leisure visits. Facilitate travel to and from activities using your own vehicle. Deliver indirect therapeutic strategies designed by Speech & Language, Occupational, and Physiotherapy specialists. Implement self-regulation techniques and a sensory diet to assist during moments of dysregulation or anxiety. Collaborate and maintain handover communication with the broader therapy team and family.
