You will help him follow routines, stay engaged in lessons, access learning at the right level, and build confidence, while feeding back clearly to the class teacher and SENCO. SEN teaching assistants support teachers to help children with disabilities and special educational needs, and schools are expected to use a graduated approach to identify needs, put support in place, and review impact.The Candidate: You are calm, patient, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication.
