Behaviour Mentor (1:1 Support) – Barnsley

Contract: Full-time

Salary: £95–£110 per day

PK Education are working with a secondary school in Barnsley who are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support a KS3 pupil on a 1:1 basis.

The role will involve working closely with a student who requires additional support with behaviour and engagement. You will play a key role in helping them access learning, manage emotions, and remain in the classroom.

This isn’t a passive role — the school need someone who can build trust, set clear boundaries, and stay consistent day-to-day.

This would suit someone with experience in behaviour support, youth work, alternative provision, or similar settings.
