The school supports students with additional needs both within mainstream classes and through its dedicated Resource Base , and we are looking for people who can provide consistent, patient and individualised support throughout the school day. This is much more than simply sitting beside a student in a classroom. You could be supporting a young person 1:1 within a mainstream lesson , working with a small group, helping a student regulate before returning to class or delivering more targeted support within the Resource Base.
