Your new role   As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a pupil throughout the school day, working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver an engaging and inclusive learning experience.   Provide one-to-one support for a pupil within a primary school setting.  Assist with learning activities in and out of the classroom.  Support pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.  Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and engagement in learning.
