Are you an ambitious 1-1 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a Liverpool primary school?We are seeking passionate 1-1 Teaching Assistants for our North Liverpool based primary schools. There are a range of part-time, full-time, short-term and long-term roles with a daily rate of up to 100.Main DutiesOne-to-one support for a pupil additional needsAssist with a child in class under the direction of the teacher, working primarily in a one-to-one capacity to support with designated tasks in both class lessons and play, and outside of the classroomUnder the direction of the class teacher support learning activities and work with the individual, assisting in the implementation, and monitoring of progress, of individual education programmesWorking closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support teamImplementing consistent routines and tailored intervention plansPromoting a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environmentPersonal QualitiesWe are looking for someone who:Experience supporting children with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or similar needsPossess energy and enthusiasmWorks well within a teamA calm, patient, and proactive approachExcellent communication and behaviour management skillsA passion for making a difference in children''s livesPrevious experience in a school or child-centred setting To join us and be successful in this role you will need:Experience in a similar roleAn enhanced DBS Disclosure, ..... full job details .....
