What We Offer: Full-time position: Monday to Friday (school hours) Competitive daily rate starting at £92 Dedicated recruitment consultants available 24/7 to support your employment journey Fast-track clearance process to get you into the classroom quickly A supportive, inclusive, and friendly school environment Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Providing individualised support to a specific pupil in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Assisting with classroom activities , sensory play, and developmental tasks in line with the Early Years curriculum Supporting the pupil’s personal, social, and emotional development Monitoring and recording the pupil’s progress , behaviour, and engagement Working collaboratively with the class teacher , SENCO, and external agencies to implement individual education plans (IEPs) Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to build the pupil’s confidence and independence Assisting with personal care , where required What We’re Looking For: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) Recent childcare or school-based experience within the last 2 years Ability to provide two references confirming your experience with children A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning Experience working 1-1 with children with additional needs is desirable but not essential If you''re ready to make a positive impact and support a child’s early educational journey, we’d love to hear from ..... full job details .....
