The pupil has PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) and ADHD , and the role will involve providing consistent 1:1 support to help them manage their emotions, access learning and successfully navigate the school day. This is a role for someone who is confident managing challenging behaviour and understands the importance of building trust, maintaining clear boundaries and using a calm, consistent approach.
