We are seeking a dedicated Performance Coach to join our team on a permanent, part-time basisKey ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery and Assessment: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging teaching and learning across specialist engineering topics. Assess learners'' skills and knowledge both on-site and in workplace settings.Caseload and Programme Management: Manage an active caseload of students, tracking progress, setting SMART targets, conducting reviews, and updating digital tracking platforms.Employer Collaboration: Co-plan programme delivery and Off-The-Job training with apprentice line managers to meet learner needs.Requirements:Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (Essential)Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent) (Essential)Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent) (Desirable)Skills and Experience:Solid industrial experience and occupational competence in machining or engineering maintenance/operations.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to travel as needed for employer workplace visits.Key Benefits and TermsWorking Pattern: 14 ..... full job details .....
