Duties / Skills and Experience Programming and setting of 3,4 Axis Milling Machines - 5 Axis Milling machines an advantage. Knowledge of Master CAD/CAM software an advantage although not essential and training can be given. Fully skilled in CNC Programming / Setting and operations Experienced using Heidenhain controls or Mazatrol (Mazak). High degree of professionalism and attention to detail. Produce varied work for various industries from large batch to small batch sizes which will require a high degree of accuracy. Ability to understand drawings with close tolerances and be experienced in machining different types of materials i.e. Stainless steels and Mild steels.
