Join a dynamic Commercial team in Bristol as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with hybrid working options available. This role offers the chance to take on key accounts and manage financial control for exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Handle applications, valuations, and cost value reconciliation.
andbull; Control costs and forecasting, contributing to monthly financial reports.
andbull; Manage supply chains and assist with risk and value management.
andbull; Mentor the project team and oversee contract management.
andbull; Prepare subcontract inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
andbull; Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
andbull; Provide expert contractual advice.
Requirements:
Essential:
andbull; Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
andbull; MRICS or currently studying for APC.
andbull; Experience with a main contractor.
Desirable:
andbull; Experience in the Water sector.
andbull; Knowledge of NEC contracts.
