Key Responsibilities: Develop both Outline and Detailed Mechanical Designs that are cost-effective, align with client specifications, and facilitate smooth procurement, installation, and commissioning.Create and review all design deliverables, including Specifications, Schedules, Drawings, and Calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Ensure that designs comply with CDM Regulations.Maximize the use of standard designs and established design practices wherever possible.Deliver design stage outputs within the agreed project timelines and budget.Coordinate design outputs across all relevant technical disciplines.Prepare monthly project status reports to keep stakeholders informed.Build and maintain strong working relationships with construction teams and supply chain partners to enhance buildability and efficiency in design outcomes. About You: Possess a Degree or equivalent qualification.Chartered or nearing chartered status in a construction-related discipline, suitable for the role.Experience in the Water Treatment Industry.Familiarity with CDM regulations and construction Health and Safety standards.
