Senior Electrical Design Engineer Nottingham - Can be fully remote Up to £50,000 plus car allowance Your new company You will be welcomedinto a business that has a collective of engineers, consultants, and projectmanagers, experienced in MEP, Fire and Sustainability design. They delivertechnical construction documentation and BIM packages for architects,developers, and self-builders by creating descriptions of engineering systems.You will be reportinginto the Head of Building Services.Your new role Your new role will be located in East Nottingham and easily accessible by car or public transport.Yourmain responsibilities are: Delivery of MEP documentation on projects in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain professional working relationships with clients. Attend meetings and keep on top of communications with clients and colleagues. Communicate and if necessary escalate any problems to manager when problems arise on projects so they can be resolved quickly.Youwill be required to: Managing MEP projects Be responsible for reviewing work produced by more junior members of the team. Perform design calculations Create MEP system drawings Write system specifications Attend meetings with the design team. Write feasibility reports Attend site from time to time to physically look at installations on behalf of the client or the company. Learn to manage projects.
