This full-time position is available from October half term. You will play a crucial role in supporting students with autism, helping them to thrive in their educational environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one and group support to students with autism.Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the unique needs of each student.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support student development.Monitor and document student progress and behaviour.Encourage social interaction and positive behaviour among students.Requirements:Experience working with children with autism or other special needs.A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Relevant qualifications or training in special education are desirable.
