Our client requires a Business Manager / Sales Controller to join their successful sales department in the Gloucester area

Working for an Automotive franchise approved car dealership, the successful Business Manager / Sales Controller will become an integral cog in this Volume Brand.

The Successful Business Manager / Sales Controller can expect On Target Earnings of £25,000 with a base salary of £45,000.

Duties of a Business Manager / Sales Controller for our Client

- Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
- Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget
- Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis
- Build a rapport with Customers 

The successful Business Manager / Sales Controller will

- Have previous Business Manager / Sales experience within a Dealership environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- A proven Career History as a Business / Transaction Manager– with figures to prove it
- Experience in managing and supporting a car sales team
