This is an exciting opportunity to support the learning and development of children with diverse learning needs. As a Cover Supervisor, you will provide essential classroom cover during staff absences, ensuring that the students are engaged and supported throughout their lessons.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support students with SEN, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring all students remain focused and engaged.Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring that the students are safe and productive.Assist with any individual or group support as required.Liaise with teaching staff and SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to ensure students individual needs are met.
