Supply Desk are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Marlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a passion for Geography and ensuring excellent progress and achievement. The role will require the following responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Geography lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
- Contribute to the development of the Geography curriculum and participate in departmental planning and activities.
- Engage with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, parent evenings, and extracurricular activities as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Geography curriculum and best teaching practices.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (unqualified teachers also accepted).
- A degree in Geography or a related field.
- Experience teaching Geography at the secondary level, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
- A passion for Geography and the ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- A commitment to the welfare and safeguarding of children.
- Has a clear and valid DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.
