We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Team Leader or a experienced Senior Care Assistant, to oversee the care delivery and support our small team of carers.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a small team of carers, ensuring high standards of care are provided to all residents with dementia and mental health needs.Oversee the medication cycle, including ordering, receiving, carrying forward, and auditing medication for residents.Develop and maintain individual care plans, ensuring they are written and updated accurately, reflecting residents'' needs and preferences.Conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, documenting findings in good written English.Foster a friendly and proactive attitude within the team, promoting a positive environment for residents and staff alike.Ensure compliance with care regulations, policies, and procedures, creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere.Participate in full annual care training, including SOVA, Health and Safety, and Infection Control.Pursue opportunities for ongoing training and development, including NVQ qualifications.What We''re Looking For:Prior experience working as a ..... full job details .....
