The Company My client is a large independent recruitment consultancy who have been established since the 1990''s and have more that 55 branches around the UK, de to business demands they are now seeking a Sales Manager or Head of Sales who has a strong recruitment background in the Perms sector. Ideally they are seeking an individual who has a proven successful record within either the FMCG, Food Manufacturing, IT or Professional Executive markets. The role: Reporting to the Director of Perms, the successful candidate is responsible for winning new business and growing revenues, within Perms in any of the above sectors and related commercial recruitment. This role can be homebased or hybrid or a mix of both. What success looks like: Generate a continuous flow of placeable jobs from new and existing clients. Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue and KPI targets. Build long term business relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Responsibilities: Utilise lead generation processes and your own research, to build and convert a pipeline of prospective clients within the FMCG, Food Manufacturing, IT or Professional Executive markets Research and identify emerging markets. Prioritise outbound business development with a phone first approach, along-with video, face-to-face, LinkedIn and email. Sell contingent, exclusive and retained recruitment services to clients.
