THIS Labs (which runs the platform Thiscovery) is a unique new social business, spun out from the University of Cambridge and supported generously with social investment from The Health Foundation. The Business Development Manager will be critical in building the commercial sustainability of our new venture. Main Duties Pipeline Development You will implement a sales pipeline which covers the whole lifetime of an opportunity from lead to operationalised project. You will be responsible for generating leads and moving them through the pipeline in order to meet specified financial and impact targets, taking an insight and data led approach to customer acquisition. Building Customer Relationships Working closely with the CEO, the Chief Scientific and Innovation Officer and other members of the senior leadership team you will lead on building THIS Labs'' relationships with key stakeholders in the health and care system, with a view to understanding the needs of our customers across a range of fields including academia, NHS providers, national bodies and health tech companies.
