We are looking for a dynamic, passionate commercial contracts professional to be a Business Partner primarily to the Customer Operations function by supporting, challenging and advising on strategic and commercial decision-making related to third-party providers. Experience of managing IT contracts required. The Commercial Contracts Specialist will need to be able to: Understand the efficiency metrics and commercial models of commercial contracts. Highly numerate and able to conduct financial analysis. Negotiate commercial constructs that best support the business requirement. Strong understanding of contract and commercial law and sound understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
