Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Warrington (WA3 7PG)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday- Thursday 07:30- 16:00, Friday 07:30- 15:00
Contract Type: Temporary- Ongoing

Our client is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Birchwood, Warrington.

Working in a small warehouse and reporting to the warehouse manager, you will be responsible for making sure all products are counted, picked, and packed and ready for shipping.

As a Warehouse Operative your duties will be;

" Receiving and accurately locating products, on a daily basis.
" Running reports for creating delivery/shipment processing.
" Picking, checking, packing, and shipping of products; accurately and to a high standard, achieving the desired rate of productivity. Effectively using the electronic/computerised warehouse system.
" Accurately prepare, cut, and despatch tubing products.
" Assisting with stock counts, ensuring they are performed in line with company policy and assisting with external audit on cycle counting.
" Proactively seek to help resolve any issues with stock that may affect OTIF delivery to our customers.
" Assisting with the product returns process ensuring it is aligned to the company''s returns policy.
" Action any service call requirements in a timely manner.
" Ensuring kit components are to customer''s requirements.
" Contacting customers / couriers regarding collections.
" When required, delivering of products to customers.
" Working to the company and departmental objectives and core values.
" Performing any reasonable request from management.
" To pro-actively manage product returns in line with company policy.

The successful Warehouse Operative will have the following skills;

" Good level of numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
" Works well as part of a team.
" Works with accuracy and deadline oriented.
" Excellent attention to detail.
" Clear understanding and appreciation of health and safety procedures.
" Driving licence would be beneficial.
