Using a combination of email, live chat and phone calls, the customer service team works closely with customers to address needs and provide effective solutions. The primary objective of the role is to deliver excellent service to customers by delivering efficient and cost-effective solutions. The team is expected to collaborate effectively with colleagues in other areas of the business to increase internal efficiencies and provide significantly improved service quality.
