A global travel/event company is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team temporarily Your new company You will be working for a global travel/events company in the heart of London assisting with the management accounts. The company is extremely dynamic and is constantly growing. They need this person to come in for the next 8-9 months.Your new role You will be assisting with the following duties:Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports for 3 entities.Support the budgetingand forecasting processes.Prepare VAT returnsPerform varianceanalysis and provide insights on financial performance.Reconcile balancesheets and ensure accuracy of financial data.Assist with thepreparation of year-end accounts and audits.Maintain and updatefinancial records and ledgers.Process invoices,payments, and expense claims.Support theimplementation of financial controls and procedures.Collaborate with otherdepartments to gather and analyse financial information.Assist in ad-hocfinancial projects and tasks as required.What you''ll need to succeed You need to have experience with month end, assisting with accruals, prepayments etc.You need to have a dynamic approach to your work.
