The school caters for secondary aged pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as challenging behaviour. The successful SEMH Support Assistant will be required to work 1-1 or in small classes, assisting pupils academically as well as overcoming barriers to learning and supporting them emotionally.Requirements The desired Teaching Assistant will have; Experience of working with secondary school aged childrenExperience of working with pupils with SEND/SEMH/challenging behaviourA passion for the progress of pupilsAn ability to work as part of a team What we offerAs a Teaching Assistant being part of our team, you will benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
