Key Role:

• Lead and manage the KS3 Secondary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education in line with curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Support and mentor teachers to enhance their professional development and instructional practices.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive school community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the KS3 Secondary team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience working with Key Stage 3 students is desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and behaviour management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with different classes and subjects.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Relevant qualifications or training in education would be advantageous
• Right to work in UK
