Your Role:

• Teach KS3 English: Inspire our students with your knowledge of literature and grammar
• Creative Curriculum: Develop lesson plans and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in Key Stage 3.
• Assess student progress regularly through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the English curriculum and promote cross-curricular learning.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns and celebrate achievements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
• Specialism in English language and literature, with a strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Enhanced DBS clearance and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. (Or willing to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
