Their HLTAs work with students aged 11-19, across the curriculum and in all areas of need as identified within the SEND Code of PracticeThey are looking for someone who can:Work with individuals and groups, under the direction of the teacher, to support learningContribute to planning and evaluation of lessons within a framework set by the teacherSupport teachers to assess student needs and progress and use detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support learning and promote independenceLiaise with staff and other relevant professionals and provide information about students as appropriateContribute to the development and implementation of Individual Development Plans for students and attend and contribute to reviewsSupport transitionSupport the role of parents/ carers in students'' learning and contribute to meetingsLine-manage a team of classroom support staffAdminister medication ..... full job details .....
