This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience, oversee lessons, and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across various subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a focused and respectful learning environment.
- Support students in completing assigned work and address any queries they may have.
- Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members.
- Contribute to the schoolandrsquo;s ethos by fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students. This role is perfect for someone considering a career in teaching or education.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining authority.
