Your new company It is a dynamic property company managing a diverse portfolio of properties. They are currently undergoing a transition to a new bank account and require a skilled Credit Controller to ensure a smooth switch while maintaining our high standards of financial management. Your new role Bank Account Transition: Manage the transition of approximately 300 clients from the current bank account to the new one, ensuring all payments are redirected correctly. Client Communication: Notify clients of the bank account change, providing clear instructions and support to facilitate the switch. Payment Monitoring: Track and confirm that all client payments are successfully transferred to the new account. Invoice Management: Continue to issue and manage invoices, ensuring timely payments and addressing any discrepancies. Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded, and any issues are promptly resolved. Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on the progress of the bank account switch and any outstanding issues.
