Role Overview: Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Sheffield Contract Type: Full Time Salary: 80 - 90 As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, adapting materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Individualised Support: Work closely with students, understanding their unique needs, and providing targeted assistance during class activities. Behaviour Management: Implement behaviour management strategies, promoting positive interactions and emotional regulation. Small Group Work: Facilitate small group sessions, reinforcing learning objectives and building students confidence.
