Coming from a strong MEP design background, you will assume ownership of a suite of Building Design Guides; reviewing and updating them periodically. The Building Services Engineer role: Engage with domain experts to incorporate standardised engineering solutions into project conception Review and assess proposed deviations from the design guides Prepare estate major maintenance and lifecycle plan budgets Advise on the condition of the estate and conduct ongoing detailed assessments of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services Work with FM site operations managers to prioritise works based on business objectives and building conditions Lead the transition towards a proactive approach to asset management in line with ISO55001 principles Represent the FM Operations team as the ultimate recipient of any new installations Building Services Engineer experience required: Proven experience in the field of Building Services Engineering; in particular Mechanical Engineering and the design and specification of ..... full job details .....
