4Site is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a dynamic and professional team at a specialist contractor based in Central London. They re seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about HR. Previous experience working as a Human Resources Coordinator with a construction main contractor is a plus, but most importantly, they re looking for someone with a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key HR contact, advising on policies and proceduresManage employee sponsorship processes and visa complianceSupport performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processesAssist with onboarding and offboarding, including contracts and complianceWork closely with payroll to ensure smooth HR transactionsMaintain accurate HR records and ensure data protection complianceAdminister employee rewards and benefits, handling enquiriesTrack HR metrics and provide reports to support business decisionsIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processesSupport HR projects and initiatives as required About You: Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environmentDegree qualified, CIPD qualification, or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practicesHighly organised, efficient, and solutions-focusedAbility to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretionStrong Excel skills and numerical abilityExperience with HR software systems ..... full job details .....
