What will I be doing? - To provide leadership and support to production in ensuring that supplied products or services meet customer and regulatory quality and safety standards.- This is a supplier facing and interaction function.- Leading QRQC meetings and implementing a "stop at first defect" ethos.- Leading investigations and troubleshooting for product and production issues at the point of error with suppliers- Be the point of contact with supplier and customer quality departments regarding non conformance and quality related questions / issues (this is not supplier compliance / approvals)- Arranging and Leading Material Review Boards to disposition non-conforming products or services regarding supplier delivered products- Arranging and Leading cross-functional teams in applying problem-solving tools (such as 8Ds and RCCA) to address non-conforming products.- Own the Non conformance data and manage NCR''s to conclusion- Manage disposition and return to Vendor process - ..... full job details .....
