Key Responsibilities: Building Consultancy Expertise: Deliver a wide range of instructions including project management, contract administration, dilapidations, landlord and tenant advice, pre-acquisition surveys, and technical due diligence on commercial properties. Client Liaison and Relationship Management: Develop strong client relationships through direct communication and effective management, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships. Business Development and Fee Generation: Actively contribute to business generation, seeking new instructions, increasing fee income, and helping to grow the department. Project Delivery: Lead and manage projects, prepare specifications, produce Reinstatement Cost Assessments, and provide advice on party wall matters and building pathology.
