As a multi-site company with our head office in Essex and 6 strategically based UK branches, we are looking for a self-starter with a strong network and portfolio/track record to drive the sales of our European road freight services and complete range of freight services.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to sell European road freight services and the complete range of freight services, including air and ocean.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnersIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesAchieve monthly revenue targets of 25,000 - 35,000 GPCollaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiencyProspecting and generating leads for new potential clientsAttending industry events and networking to build relationshipsCreating and delivering sales presentationsCollaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth service deliveryEssential QualificationsProven track record in business development within the EU road freight industryStrong network and portfolio of clients in the freight industrySelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExcellent communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of EU road ..... full job details .....
