Working in this provision as part of an established team, the desired Behaviour Support Worker will be working on a small group basis with pupils with SEMH needs and working alongside the other members of staff to promote good attendance and educational values . This behaviour Support Worker role is potentially permanent. The suitable candidates will have the opportunity to be enrolled onto out Team Teach training course.RequirementsThe desired Behaviour Support Worker will have; Experience of working with secondary aged children with SEMH and behavioural needsExperience of working 1:1 with pupils or small groupsA passion for the progress of children with SEMH and previous experience with dysregulation techniques.An ability to work well as part of a team and have professional values What we offerAs a Behaviour Support Worker, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
