The school is an Ofsted rated ''Good'' secondary school in the Basingstoke area. The school supports students aged 11-16 and they are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to start in September, on a part-time basis with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. andnbsp;

Job Description:

The Support Staff role at encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at supporting both students and teachers. You will actively engage in the learning process by collaborating closely with teaching staff to assist in planning and delivering lessons across various subjects. Your role will involve providing personalised support to students, which could include 1:1 work for children with additional needs, to give them the guidance necessary for their academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Enforce school policies as specified in official documents and as instructed by the Headteacher.

-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Positively represent the school within the community.

-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information encountered during duties.

-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
