Permanent Bookkeeper/Finance Admin job in Wolverhampton - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Your new company Hays are working exclusively with a family run organisation in Wolverhampton who are looking for an all-round Bookkeeper/Finance Admin to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing organisation. Your new role Have a good basic understanding of accounts.Be able to reconcile all aspects of a trial balance and show an understanding of how the accounts form the year-end and quarterly management accountsPreparation and production of the quarterly management accountsEntering journals for PAYE, cash, depreciation etc.Entering purchase invoices and sales invoicesPreparation of the monthly payroll to send to the payroll bureau.To be able to liaise with year-end accountants in preparation of the companies'' accounts.What you''ll need to succeed Have a good understanding of accounts Very trustworthyExtremely loyalStrong experience with Excel spreadsheets Ability to think with your own initiative Ability to follow processesAAT qualified - desired not essential What you''ll get in return The opportunity to work within a close-knit family-orientated environment, a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, life assurance, 28 days'' holiday including bank holidays.
