Field Service Engineer Are you an experience Field Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? The Field Service Engineer is to provide professional service and support for their customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of equipment. The Field Service Engineer will work within the guidelines established by the company ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that the customer is left feeling cared for. Job Responsibilities • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment as required, ensuring proper functionality and performance• Identify, analyse, and resolve equipment failures, determining the causes of operating errors and taking corrective actions promptly• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including implementing necessary training to prevent future issues• Record all activities, including service reports, job tickets, repairs, and maintenance performed, ensuring accurate and timely documentation• Provide regular updates to both the customer and Service Management, ensuring clear communication on job completion or progress at the end of each day• Ensure customer satisfaction by taking ownership of tasks and completing jobs effectively.
