Your Role:

• Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a passion for languages.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to effectively engage students and promote language acquisition.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to language learning across the school.
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in teaching French and/or Spanish to Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Experience teaching MFL in a secondary school setting, with a proven track record of student achievement.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and support students with varying levels of proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. (Or willing to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
