Finance Analyst Healthcare Division Midlands Hospitals Temp to perm Supporting the Finance Business Partner for Midlands Hospitals within the businesses Healthcare division Support Operating function within the Hospital and Financial consolidation requirements for the finance and management teams. Develop and provide the Healthcare Management team with key reporting and financial data analytics to enable effective decision making. Support in developing improved financial reports and using Key Metrics and data to provide insights into contract performance, areas of focus and opportunities to improve financial performance. Work with other finance colleges and operational teams and to identify processes improvements, including best practice initiatives. Role will require extensive use of several data systems (such as Coupa / purchasing PO system, CAFMs, WP+, SAP, FDW, Power BI) in order to extract data, deliver reports and provide key MI. Consolidation of Key Financial information for healthcare, including Month End Results, Budgets and Forecasts. Use of existing reports and data to use in presentations. Support Healthcare efficiency initiatives through the provision of financial data. Work with Healthcare teams to develop improved reporting of data and metrics. Work closely with the Finance Business Partners, Contract managers, operational teams and contract admin to provide accurate and insightful management information, including trends.
