We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team in East Grinstead. This opportunity provides the chance to work on long-term assignments in a variety of primary schools, offering valuable experience and the chance to make a lasting impact on studentsandrsquo; educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; andzwj; Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with school guidelines and curriculum standards.
andbull; Foster a positive and productive learning environment by managing classroom behaviour effectively.
andbull; Tailor lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.
andbull; Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and overcome any challenges.
andbull; £ Adapt teaching strategies to support students with special educational needs (SEN) or individual learning plans.
andbull; Embrace flexibility and adaptability, working in a range of school environments with different staff and teaching styles.

Requirements:
andbull; ££ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
andbull; Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to various school settings.
andbull; £ Current DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
