We are supporting a company based in Witham with recruiting for a Part-time Finance Manager. This is a permanent opportunity that will allow you the flexibility to work 3 days per week (one of the days must include Friday). The salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed upon application. You do not need to have experience as a Finance Manager, but you must have your AAT Level 4 qualification along with a number of years'' experience of working in accounts that will support this position. Salary DOE.Duties will include:Manage budgets and prepare forecasting reportsAnalyse financial reports and present results to the boardPrepare payroll, VAT and HMRC returns and Weekly Cashflow ForecastsManage the purchase and sales ledgerPrepare monthly accruals, prepayments and accounting entriesManage financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systemsAnalyse trends in the market to find expansion opportunitiesIdentify risks, propose solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.Manage audit processesDevelop and manage external relationshipsYou must have a natural ability to motivate others with excellent communication skills.
