Our client is seeking a dedicated ER Advisor to join their Employee Relations team, serving as the first point of contact for Managers and Stakeholders. This role is critical in providing timely, professional advice on a range of topics including Disciplinary actions, Grievances, Performance Improvement, and Sickness Absence. Key Responsibilities: Query Management, Advice and Coaching:- Deliver a customer-focused service, ensuring all Case Management activities are completed within required timescales. - Analyse case-related matters from stakeholders to determine appropriate actions, while identifying any complexities or risks that may require further consultation. - Confidently advise and coach Managers on ER policies, escalating issues to Employee Relations Specialists as necessary. - Provide support and guidance to uphold good practise and ensure fair decision-making.
