Project Manager - Main Contractor - Northampton Office - London Sites - HV/LV Installations - Civils Your new company You will be joining an established utilities and civil engineering contractor based in Northampton delivering HV and LV installations on sites in North London. This NERS-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of utilities work in the North London area and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of HV/LV works.Your new role As Project Manager, you will be based initially on sites in Perivale, Cricklewood, Tottenham and Hackney, and be responsible for, but not limited to:Managing and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors on multi-site projects (between 5-10 men)Conducting site visits and inspection to ensure compliance with safety regulations and specificationsProviding regular project updates and reports to senior managementEnsuring alignment with project goals and industry standardsMaintaining high standards of health and safety on site at all timesCollaborating and liaising with internal and external stakeholdersEnsuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.This is a full-time permanent position on a 45-hour working week.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have:Proven successful experience in the delivery of HV/LV installations ..... full job details .....
