Service Supervisor Leeds 30,000 - 35,000 The Service Supervisor will oversee and coordinate service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will act as a key liaison between the team and customers, providing technical support, managing workflows, and driving service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Parts Management: Order parts required for repairs, liaising closely with the Repairs Supervisor to ensure timely procurement. PPM Coordination: Work with the Service Coordinator to ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules are met in line with contractual obligations. Quotations: Prepare and send service and repair quotes to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
