What You ll Be Doing: Collaborate as a key member of a high-performing Agile team, crafting the future of esure s digital journey. Design and develop pioneering digital and technical products to improve the experience of our customers and business partners Help define the technical direction for the products you support, ensuring alignment with business goals. Write secure, tested, and high-quality code that performs at scale. Participate in second-line support for applications and platforms, including occasional out-of-hours support. Contribute to the rollout of our Enterprise Agile approach and support esure s ongoing transformation journey. Proactively find opportunities to improve technical quality, streamline processes, and reduce technical debt. Continuously improve ways of working by challenging existing processes and proposing innovative solutions.
